What we collect
When you submit one of our forms, we collect your email address, the page you signed up from and the date of your request. We do not ask for any other personal information.
We use Vercel Web Analytics to measure anonymous, aggregated visits. It does not use cookies and does not identify you personally.
Why we use it
We use your email only to send you early access, studio news and launch information, or — if you signed up as a retail partner — to contact you about a potential collaboration. We never sell or rent your data.
The legal basis for this processing is your consent, which you give when submitting the form and can withdraw at any time.
Where it is stored
Sign-ups are stored in a private Notion workspace (Notion Labs, Inc.) and the website is hosted by Vercel Inc. Both act as our processors and may store data outside the European Union under the European Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses.
How long we keep it
We keep your email until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete it, and at most three years after our last contact with you.
Unsubscribing and your rights
You can unsubscribe at any time by replying “unsubscribe” to any email we send you, or by emailing contact@arunika.art with your request; we will remove you from our list promptly.
Under the GDPR you have the right to access, correct, delete or export your data, and to object to or restrict its processing. To exercise these rights, email contact@arunika.art or reply to any of our emails. You may also lodge a complaint with your local data-protection authority — in France, the CNIL (cnil.fr).
